Batting/Scoring

Every
player dressed to play must be in the batting order

Team bats till 3 outs but never more
than one full rotation

Each team will bat to the highest
number of players on the two rosters

Maximum six balls per batter limit.
Does not include foul balls on the last pitches

Balls/Strikes/Outs/Runs count. No
walks will be issued. Batter can strike out.

No bat throwing
Base Running
-
Ground balls
through infield is 2 base limit
-
Fly ball or line drive to outfield
with no player error is all you can get

Over fence is homerun
-
No base advancement on overthrows
-
No infield fly rule
-
Runners must slide into bases on all
force and tag plays
Fielding
-
If
ball hits pitching machine, ball is dead, batter gets first base,
runners advance

Every player must play in field a
minimum of two innings per game

Play is dead once the ball is at the
pitching machine
Behavior/Conduct
-
Sportsmanship
among players and coaches must be prevalent at all times. No
arguments between adults will be tolerated. It is understood that
all coaches will understand
these rules.

Only the head
coach is allowed to discuss rules interpretations during the game
-
Head coaches
and assistants are responsible for behavior of players and their parents
during the game.

Head coaches
manage kids on bench. Cheering only, not Jeering
-
Head coaches
from home/away teams will agree to the rules for that game before
start of game.(ground rules and other field issues)
Miscellaneous
-
Catchers
will be used. Cups are required.

Cleats and baseball
pants are recommended.
-
No
bunting, stealing or leading
-
Advanced skills
will be taught towards end of season. (pitching)

Fielding team
coach runs the pitching machine.

Batting team
coaches at 1st and 3rd

Score is kept
for all games

Home team determines
type of ball to be used
