Behind the Back Throwing Drill

The focus of this drill is the Wrist Snap (Wrist Flip).

The player should be told to imagine they have a dot in the palm of their hand.
In executing the drill when the player flips their wrist theyshould be pointing the "Dot" at the target.
Players stand sideways to each other with the glove shoulder closest to their partner.
Partners are about 10 feet apart.
The player with the ball starts by bringing their arm behind their back and flipping the ball with their wrist to their partner.
