2008 Mendon Baseball & Softball Registration Form

Beginning this year, spring registrations will be held in the preceding fall. Open registration will be held at the baseball concessions stand located at Memorial Field on October 20th, 2007. Registration forms may be obtained in three ways:

At Open Registration

If your child played last year and is eligible this year a form has been mailed to your home

Registrations will also be accepted by mail. Simply follow the instructions on the registration form.

The league is prepared to assist any of those who may need financial assistance. Please do not allow family finances to keep a child from participating. Those needing financial assistance, please contact Rich Schofield at (508) 634-8963 . All requests will be kept confidential.

Please let us know if you are an adult interested in coaching, asst. coaching, umpiring, concession stand and fund raising. All those interested may ask any question and/or sign up at the registration.
